It is terrible wickedness in my view.   I am hoping the opposition to it will also bring out the way virtually all cows suffer in the dairy industry, and not romanticise the wonderful lives of cows who are able to go into fields for their short and exploited lives.

I am particularly irritated by some cartoon adverts for dairy products at the moment that imply this.

Mind you, I suppose opposition to this mega farm with cows indoors should not  be diverted on the cow welfare in dairy farming in general issue.  I think there is a way to do both.

Signed. Just in time.  I watched the Panorama programme too and I felt really sick.  I think its time I gave up eating meat [again] and sourced what food and drink and clothing we use as a family much much much more ethically.  Would appreciate any hints/tips/links from those in the know
