Tonight I had turkey drummers (a bit soggy from microwave cooking) and baked beans. It had a lot to be desired. I ended up with my old faithful Monster Munch.

Stick the drummers in the deep fat fryer!!

Whatever it is, it will have mushroom and tarragon sauce on it!

I'm thinking of doing a bacon salad. Possibly with chicken as well but I'm unsure about that. Defintiely with lots of cheese.

Ham and asparagus quiche with salad.
Good because it's only 2 mins on the microwave, since it's the second half of what I cooked on monday ;D

That's the benefit of being on your own, you cook from scratch one day and that's enough for 2 or 3 days (made great baked battered chicken breasts last week, with mash, yum, lasted for 3 days even though I bought the smallest pack of chicken breasts)

I had a strange mix but it included fresh garlic, courgettes, turnips and radish from the garden so all was good!  :D

Pea and mint soup. I might try and make bruschetta too.
