I know. I know. Real food is the most important factor in it all. And the easiest to dispense with in a hurry.
I'm usually quite good. I gave up all processed food a few years back, having lived on the traditional 1970's north east council estate diet of my childhood for most of my twenties and thirties.I bake my own bread now, grow my own herbs and monitor my five a day. That's why it started so well with the porridge.
And went rapidly down hill when I got to the M25 : )
