I have had a brief look at it, and I think I will give it a miss.   It is too depressing.

Well yes, it is depressing because it's true.  But it's worth a watch, and it's very well done.

I've heard you say you work in the justice system, don't you?  So from that point, if anything I'd still give watch it.
