I am at my in-laws house in the Netherlands and this morning for breakfast I had something I have never heard of before: Ginger jam. It was delicious.

Apparently it's from a genuine English recipe ;D

day off so breakfast all day long
right now it's thick slices buttered toast and a carrot apple yogurt smoothie
