Only one pound lost since last time  :-\

I was so gutted to have lost my bike, I stopped excercising and started comfort eating (again)  :(

Trying to get back on track now though  :D

Forgot to post again - another 2 lbs gone (and hopefully never to return) - bit disappointed but hey is still progress. ;D

Wow - that's great Juicy Crone :)

I've been to Slimming World tonight and I've lost another pound so 8lbs so far :D

I was a bit disappointed with only one pound but I'm not getting downhearted and I keep thinking that if I manage a pound a week that'll be over a stone by Christmas :D

Had a pizza and alcohol fuelled weekend so I know this week will be a bad one, I fully intend to swim every day and eat only super scarily healthy food!

My biggest problem though is where I'm losing weight. I already have practically no bum, but it seems to be disappearing now, but not from anywhere else! :'(

I didn't lose any weight this week but - to be honest - I was relieved I didn't put any on!

What with my daughter's birthday party on Saturday, a family meal on Sunday, working away and eating restaurant food Monday - it seemed like there was no chance of sticking to the healthy eating programme.

I plan to have a very committed week this week to make up for it :D

I hadn't seen this thread before. I'd like to join in! I started a few weeks ago...

So far, it looks like this:

Week 1: Lost 7lb (was a big change in diet and exercise!)
Week 2: Lost 2lb
Week 3: Lost 3lb
Week 4: Lost 2lb
Week 5: Lost 2lb
Week 6: Lost 0lb

Week 6 is this week (I weigh on Mondays) - and frankly, I was lucky not to put anything on with the amount (of rubbish) that I've eaten this week!

Gosh you're doing fabulously well :D Lovely to have you on board :) I am about week 6 too and I didn't lose anything this week, having eaten and drunk all kinds of stuff over the least few days - I think you do reach a stage sometimes where you need a little 'break' and social arrangements all come at once etc - however I am getting back into it now and hope to report very positive results next week :D

I just got weighed this evening at Slimming World and I've lost another 2lb so 10lb in total so far :D
