Running in Regents Park
« on: Sep 02, 2017, 06:18:06 PM »
Anyone want to join me? I'm not particularly fast and think a 5k run interval training walking 500m & running 500m is 'a good run'. In other words, I'm slow. Sometimes the runs end with tea at the Regents Park Cafe, other times not. I already have one running partner but could do with more! I need to get fit  ;D

I'm not any good either! I go when I can. Not much recently, so if you want a really slow running buddy, DM me and we'll get something going.
