Hi guys

Was after some advice ....
After years of trying IVF and home insemination- I have managed to get pregnant.
My girlfriend and I are not currently married but are getting married next month (not sure if this makes a difference ).
We were wondering how other people went about getting parental responsibility for my girlfriend and then adopting the baby.
Also if anyone can recommend any law firms that maybe able to help.
Thanks
Neena

Burton Woods?

And it does make a difference, and possibly makes a difference whether you are married before or after conception via a clinic. Home insemination is different though I think. But I could be talking rubbish. Google a reliable site and get legal advice from a reliable professional :-*

And congratulations :D

There is a difference if you are married at the time or not.

Natalie Gamble has this on her web page, very helpful.
