I'm looking for company for running - not fast, not competitive just trying to keep moving - SE London semi-regularly. Thinking of taking part in one of the park runs, Saturday 9am a timed 5K.
Also, and somewhat separately, myself and a friend went for a Sunday morning run with a group of women at the Women of the World festival and thought that was a lovely way to start a Sunday, and thought we would like to do it again, maybe a different route in Central London once a month or so (the run we did was 5K). Would anybody interested in joining? Could do it through a Facebook closed event.
I'm not holding my breath but hey, it's spring and worth a try!
Alternatively, I'm open and up to suggestions for new sporty outdoory things to do if anyone needs company and encouragement
