We are a service provider of high quality interactive chat services. Based in the centre of Wandsworth SW18, we offer our services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Being a moderator you must be comfortable with adult language and themes as our services cover dating, adult and psychic chat. Flexibility and reliability is a MUST so that you are able to work the shifts you are rostered. Rotas are produced a month in advance making it a great way to plan ahead.

Our moderation role involves monitoring user-generated content on our TV channels which are broadcast on SKY and our interactive chat and date services, complying with industry regulations and company guidelines and editing and/or removing any content that breaches guidelines where necessary.

The role will require you to work as part of a rota system (published a month in advance).
The shifts are as follows:
Hours (between 4 and 5 shifts per week)
Monday to Sunday 7am 3pm, 3pm to 11pm or 11pm to 7am.
You must be able to work a mixture of these shifts throughout the month.

Pay up to 10 per hour including commission, depending on shift and training.

All applicants must be fluent in English and be based in the UK. The role has two
elements Moderation and Helpdesk cover.

Responsibilities include:
  Listening to and moderating incoming messages on the straight and gay dating
services
  Monitoring incoming picture messages ensuring compliance with Ofcom regulations and guidelines.
  Monitoring some descriptions, which can be of an adult nature.
  Deleting and reporting non compliant content.
  Ensuring moderation is within an acceptable error rate.
  Web moderation of our online gay service.
  Additional administration tasks when required.
  Checking SMS and MMS messages on the TV channels for unsuitable content.
  Act as a transparent conversation enhancer on the channel.
  Sending messages to the audience with the objective of generating SMS activity to the channel.
  Encouraging conversation with our TV customers and responding to questions.

Customer Care Monitor (CCM)
As a CCM you will be the first point of contact for customer queries. Customer focus and professional etiquette at all times is essential for this position.
A problem solving attitude and excellent communication skills are also essential.

Responsibilities include:
 Delivering excellent customer service to our customers.
 Maintaining good knowledge of our products and services.
 Ability to deal with all types of queries, complaints & issues on services.
 Moderating content on adult services (straight and gay).
 Ensuring Service Fault Databases are completed.
 Administration tasks e.g. staff absence forms, recording complaints and queries on Excel, insertion of memos, wages etc to    staff and distribution
