I am at my in-laws house in the Netherlands and this morning for breakfast I had something I have never heard of before: Ginger jam. It was delicious.

Apparently it's from a genuine English recipe ;D

I think I'm going to try the no breakfast thing again. If I only eat two meals a day plus one or two snacks (like apple), I do manage to lose weight. I put breakfast back into my schedule and I stay the same weight. I drink a glass of wine in the evening, I put on weight.

And I only feel hungry in the morning if I ate loads the night before.

So, in answer to the thread question: nothing :D
