Powerlifting - Introductory sessions for women
« on: May 21, 2016, 05:39:08 PM »
Bethnal Green Weightlifting Club is excited to announce three introductory powerlifting sessions at BGWLC for women.

Spaces are limited and preference will be given to women who live within the Borough of Tower Hamlets. You should have a basic level of fitness and we will teach you to Squat, Deadlift and Bench Press in a safe environment.

The sessions will be instructed by coach, Martin Bass and some of our experienced female powerlifters.

The sessions will be held on Sunday 12th June, 10th July and 31st July, 11am-2pm.

To apply for a place, email orla@bgwlc.co.uk stating your name, preferred session & postcode.

The session will cost 30 for non-residents of Tower Hamlets (free for residents with proof of address). Please note this is not a formal training course and is therefore not suitable for fitness professionals seeking powerlifting accreditation.

If you would like more information about the club/gym you can find us on Facebook and Instagram as well as our club website bgwlc.co.uk
