Feminism in London 25th October
« on: Oct 02, 2014, 10:10:23 PM »
It's that time of year again!  Feminism in London 2014 will be on 25 October at the Institute of Education.  Beeries might be particularly interested in the workshop on voices and visibility of queer women of the diaspora, but there are over 20 panels & workshops, with over 60 speakers, so hopefully something for everyone!

Children under 12 have free entry, there is a creche and workshops for 7-11 year olds as well as teen workshops.  Red Tent are providing a spiritual space, and we also have soft space for the neurodivergent and those who just want some time out.  Artwork on display, stalls, and a lunchtime talk on women resisters to WWI.  Plus a party afterwards!
