Glad you liked it ;)
I can't imagine how it could led you to Hey Ya (really!?!?), but it's a nice one too, a very different kind, but nice :)

^ because I was brave and checked out Miley Cyrus' cover/duet with the original artist. It was good. So then I checked out Miley Cyrus' cover of Hey Ya. That turned out to be closer to stupid than brave. So I listened to the original to make it better ;D

I often let YouTube lead me on a stepping stone journey through other videos in their lists at the side/underneath. So your Janis Joplin just led me to The Doors:

And the voice took me back to listening on a Walkman as a teenager in the 80s, but the video was a complete surprise: was that video created in the 60s? I didn't think they made pop videos so long ago ???

Oh, I knew they made a duet, but no, I wasn't brave enough to give it a try :-\ I watched the video, I don't think it was done in the 60's(not the "video" itself), I think it might have been done in the 80' when MTV was born, so to air it on tv  ???

I don't know her much to be honest, I know who she was, and  watched a few things on youtube, but  this video, I love it, one of my favourite ever, her performance was so amazing and joyful, it just makes me smile!

Tonight I leave you this:

Cockerels again!  ;D
I must say, it's lovely to wake up to them.
