Perspective. Sometimes a tiny shift in perspective changes everything. You see the wider picture and it's liberating.
Awareness. Sometimes I can't find perspective until I become aware of where I'm doing wrong. It's that moment where you realise you have a choice and are actively creating half the problems sometimes.
Nature, sunshine, animals, laughter, planning things I love, food, people I relate to...
Mostly perspective and awareness though, they can be very powerful when they hit. Like a slap in the face. A much needed one. Unfortunately, they tend to be fleeting islands of clarity as opposed to default settings..
