Being taught by a boy in my class, to turn my head into a speaker by sticking earphones up each nostril and opening my mouth. ;D

I'm going to go for some general things:

Chocolate avocado mousse (I'm going to invent in a raw version of this) - in fact: avocadoes in general;
Children;
Sunshine;
The river;
Dancing;
Dartmoor;
When someone notices something (positive) about you you don't see in yourself;
Occasionally hearing owls outside my bedroom window :)

A new person joining my recovery group, and that person being a woman. There being 3 women at today's meeting.

I am often the only woman in a group of up to 15 men. All apparently hetero and quite blokey.

Also, the newbie is not just any woman but an intelligent, self aware, interesting woman with a lot to contribute to the group.

Having her come over at the end of the meeting and tell me she appreciated my contributions and would definitely be coming back next week.

A nice cup of tea. Always.

When someone else makes it for you - even better :)

Feeling really low and rubbish about myself and then for no explicable reason that mood lifting and feeling just about ok. Gone are the bad demon thoughts that were swirling in my head.
