Some place to go dancing for Lezzas in Bristol
« on: Aug 05, 2012, 08:55:38 PM »
Whilst we wait to meet people at the meet up, I am sooo in the mood to go dancing & wonder if any of you could give some advice on good places to dance!?
I'll take anything but really enjoy hard house & hard dance music. Preferably a place with a dance floor not a little square.
Woo-Hoo!!!
Thanks!!
I want to intoxicate you with my passion.

Um, I think the places that do that kind of music have tiny dance floors, such as the Queens Shilling. But, I'm not *entirely* sure what that kind of music is.

Princessa, you might like to try club Wonky, which is a queer/queer friendly monthly club night. I went once ages ago and felt a bit elderly, but the music was surprisingly decent.

Also, Liberty at Totos is a lesbian monthly club night, but they're having a break over the summer I think.

If you're just after a pub, you could try the Pineapple, but I'm not much of a pub goer myself.

I tend to go to OMG, more men than women but fairly average for the gay scene in general. some lesbians as well as fag hags and henparties.
Mind halfway between the gutter and the stars.

Someone's recently set up a new club night, and Liberty opens after its summer break this month.
