Look forward to seeing you all on Saturday. So far 15 have confirmed so looks like it will be another great event :)... I will not be checking the boards after today so today is the last day to confirm...

Just a reminder.. The bill will be split between us, it is just easier and saves the hassles of going over the bill with a fine tooth comb. The menu is set and you do not end up paying more than you would think. I did this at the last WOC dinner and it was easy without any hassle. Also do not want a repeat of having to contribute £25.00 due to one person not paying (was not impressed). But i have every faith that we are all sophistcated ladies.

Peace.

SK :)

I really enjoyed the evening and the food was delicious.  It reminded me of my trip to Cyprus.

Hey once again we did ourselves proud and had a fabulous time.. The turn out was great the company was fun, stimulating and interesting.. It was great to see lots of new faces and familiar faces.. I look forward to seeing even more new faces at the next WOC dining occasion.

The next one will be in September.. date and venue to be confirmed in due course... As I've mentioned from the outset do IM your choices of restaurants it would be good to have a wide variety from those who also attend we do not mind travelling, so be it north, east, south etc, we are prepared to travel for nice food and great company.... Do also join the woc dining group on FB details given below and post your choices via IM...

http://www.facebook.com/#!/groups/183742181734609/

NB: Please be advised that all future WOC dining events.. The bill will  be split by those who attend the event. This is not up for any negotiation... This saves time and a lot of frustration on my part and other woc at the end of a great night. For those who feel they do not drink alcohol but drink soft drinks, you will not be out of pocket by more than a few pounds. The aim of this event is to have a nice sophisticated dining experience hence, it will not be tainted by any quibbling over what not to pay for. It is also not fair for some woc, including myself, to foot the shortfall. Obviously if people are going to lavish out on more than just a couple of drinks then i expect them to do the right thing and contribute extra as was the case at this dining experience.. I have a vision of this dining event and i intend to follow that vision in style..

So please when you invite your friends please ensure they are also aware of the procedures at the woc dining event as i will not be entertaining anything short of this...

peace :)

Beautiful77, it takes skills baby ;D. There's also the confidence that I can work it off at the gym and I was taught not to waste good food.

@ SK.  How can you expect no haggling or quibbling when so many Nigerians attend for God's sake?  You might have to ban them in order to stop that.   :) But seriously I understand that rules are rules and they are there for a good reason.  As I told you on Saturday and as I am telling you again I made the billing process clear to my friend before she joined us at the restaurant.  Yes I told her when she was on route to the restaurant but she was still aware.  That being the case, nothing of any value comes easy and hard work must be put into your interest every day.  That is life  ;D

To be fair, I can't eat all I want, I wouldn't want to. Everything in moderation that's what I say. Although on rare occassions when we gather to break bread like this, I know it's not a time to think of calories and expanding waistline lol.

Besides Beautiful77, I don't know what you are on about, you are slimmer than I am.
