Dear Spirit,
   help Evan & Londonlara
thank you so much Val x
my pleasure,Evan. I wonder, are you still knitting? If so, what was the last item you created?
I am knitting another jumper same pattern this time I might try the neck without involving my mum. I am also making jewellery but have realised it is quite an expensive hobbie.

Hi Val, I thought for a minute your prayers worked as last week I found a job in an American Law firm and the agency really liked my CV and put me forward but I have heard nothing and if they were that keen they would have gotten back to me by now. :( Maybe I am sabotaging the process as I am a bit terrified of going back to work after such a long time. It's like I have forgotten what to do? But I haven't really it's all in my self confidence.
Maybe I need this break from work to recover myself a bit more before getting back to reality. But the longer you are out of touch the harder it is to get back in touch.

Evan, i would like to recommend that you strengthen your confidence by reading some Eckhardt Tolle. I believe this will help you feel good.

thanks Valerie

I got a call from the agency today it's between me and one other person for this American Law firm in the City and am still waiting to hear back on the College job, I just feel so out of practise and scared and need to get my heart beat to stop racing. How did I end up this nervous I used to be confident. Guess 11 months out of work hasn't helped.

he has a very quite voice http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j42cTkiGdXY (Eckhart Tolle on being yourself)

he is quite amusing http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L0jhnrsKJ_M&feature=related - life's purpose - keep breathing, he has a dry humour

Dear *

Quiet me, allow me peace, and bring me to comfort.
Find in me kindness, and the strength for empathy and compassion.
Encourage me to be still and reflective,
And outreaching and exploring.
Lift my heart in song but bow my head in humility.
And grant me the courage and confidence to be a light for someone else.

Thankyou.

Jack.

Dear God,

Thank you for my two beautiful friends, chocolate mousse, warmth, good humour, and fantastic conversation. I'm very blessed :D

i pray for Obama's good health and victory in 2012...his opponents are all serious nut jobs and will take us down the wrong path---the road to dystopia

Dear God, I haven't prayed to you in a long while but if you are up there observing me I want to say thanks for sticking in there with me and taking care of me when I am struggling. I have another interview today, lets hope it bears some fruit.

Dear Ancestors

Welcome our beloved Auntie Chris into the world of those who have passed.  I give thanks that, despite her recent suffering, her passing was gentle and that she is now beyond pain and at peace in the loving arms of those who have gone before.  Rest peacefully lovely woman.  May her children be comforted by happy memories and I Will that my Mother has the strength to cope with the loss of her sister-in-law and best friend - SMIB.
And she saw that she looked like the Goddess Mothers she had just seen. ...........She left the museum juicy, full and ripe with possibilities.
