Title: Dolomites
Post by: valerie on Dec 11, 2017, 02:51:21 PM
Please, I am planning to never be in Florida again for 6 weeks, mostly July, due to our hot summers.
Can anyone recommend an area where  one can walk into town for groceries etc?  Thank you

Have you considered Anchorage, Alaska? A pack of huskies can take you to the Walmart Supercenter on Debarr Road. Not sure if that is what you are looking for, but they do have good organic produce at that location.

The Dolomites in Italy are pretty hot in July and August. As in very warm.

You may find an average midday temperature of nearly 30*C pleasant, I find it hard going.
